Day 1: Jungle Boss Headquarters – Dai A Cave – Kong Collapse
Your adventure begins with a pickup from your accommodation in Phong Nha, followed by a briefing at the Jungle Boss headquarters. After gearing up, you’ll be transported to the trailhead to commence your trek. Navigate through the lush jungle to reach Dai A Cave. Here, experience a thrilling 300-meter swim through the dark cave to arrive at Kong Collapse, one of the deepest sinkholes on the planet. Set up camp and enjoy a hearty dinner prepared by our local chefs.
Day 2: Kong Collapse – Tiger Cave – Over Cave – Pygmy Cave
Awaken to the serene ambiance of the jungle, with sunlight filtering through the canopy. After breakfast, embark on a trek to explore Tiger Cave, swimming in the cool underground river. Continue through the forest to the entrance of Over Cave, where you’ll have lunch. Equip yourself with safety gear to explore the 3.2 km Over Cave, marveling at its sparkling stalactites. At the end of Over Cave, navigate along the “Dinosaur Spine” and abseil 10 meters into Hang Pygmy, the 4th largest cave in the world. Set up camp and enjoy dinner under the romantic cave arch.
Day 3: Pygmy Cave – Jungle Boss Headquarters
Early in the morning, enjoy breakfast with beef pho or “chao banh canh” (a type of Vietnamese soup). Pack up and say goodbye to the Tiger Cave system.
